Reservations

To make a reservation, please contact us by email, fax or phone with the dates and type of rooms you require. We will let you know immediately if we can offer you accomodation.

Should accomodation be available, a credit card guarantee will be required to secure your booking. You will receive a confirmation message from us as a record that your reservation is confirmed.

It is our policy to respond immediately to all booking enquiries and confirmations.   If you do not hear from us within 24 hours it is possible that that your message has not reach us and we would request that you try sending your message again.  (AOL members please note that we frequently experience difficulties with mail being returned undelivered by AOL). 

We will be happy to answer any questions and queries that you may have concerning your visit to Rome and the Hotel Lancelot.

Privacy notice
In order to process reservations, Hotel Lancelot must handle and store your name , email or other contact information and in case of confirmation your credit card details ( personal data ).  Italy’s Privacy Law Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal data protection) safeguards the recording of personal data, including names and contact information, and consent is needed for the Lancelot to record your personal data.   By contacting Hotel Lancelot to make a reservation,  it is assumed that you give your consent for Hotel Lancelot to store your name and contact address on its paper and  electronic registers. 2008 Standard Rates

From 10th February to 31st July inclusive and from 26th August to 6th January inclusive

All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV and hair dryers.

The halfboard option includes a three course evening meal with complimentary wine and coffee.

During peak season (March to June, September - October and New Year's), we may decline booking requests under three nights.

For guests on bed and breakfast who wish to join for dinner occasionally, the price per person is of 25 Euro. 

Supplements: parking €10 
Room with terrace 6th floor (Colosseum view) €15*
Rooms with terrace 1st floor €10*

* terrace rooms reservation require a minimum stay of three nights
*terrace are not available as singles or doubles for single use.

All major credit cards accepted.

2008 Low Season Rates for standard rooms

From 7th January to 9th February inclusive, from August 1st to 25 th inclusive and from 1 to 20 December inclusive.

Low rate applies to standard  rooms only.  The special rates do not apply  to the Suite and to terrace rooms..

Cancellation Policy

Please send any requests for alterations or cancellations by email or fax and ensure that a written acknowledgement is received from the Hotel.
